Refund Policy

ClipFree offers one complete video processing trial at no charge so you can evaluate the software on your computer before purchasing.

All sales are final

Payments for the $5 monthly subscription and the $49.99 Lifetime license are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, unused subscription time, hardware compatibility, processing speed, or failure to cancel before a renewal.

Monthly subscription cancellation

You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not refund the current billing period, and access continues until that paid period ends.

Billing errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or more than once for the same purchase, contact us with your order number so the billing issue can be reviewed.

Statutory rights

This no-refund policy does not limit any refund or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law. Creem, our Merchant of Record, may also apply mandatory rights required in your country.
